DATA RETENTION

Data from submitted forms will be deleted from the website after one year.
Email addresses from our newsletter mailing list will be deleted after five years if no emails have been opened within the year.
Offline PII data will be purged on a regular basis or pre request by an individual.
Disaster Recovery Backups – backups are stored for no longer than a year and automatically purged on a regular basis.
